Vania C.Raharja spent ten years as Head of Artist Liaison, working across international concerts and tours in Indonesia — artist care, backstage hospitality, tour management, and the immigration and impresariat paperwork that keeps foreign artists compliant.

She now leads GVU World as Managing Director, carrying that same standard of care into every department: Events, Technology, and Concierge.

Riva Rivaldi is a project manager and marketer with more than seven years across corporate, music festival, and F&B lifestyle environments. He led Canapella Fest — a three-day festival at Gelora Bung Karno with 21 Indonesian artists and 6,000+ attendees — and Bintang Dari Timur in North Maluku, whose grand finale drew over 15,000 attendees with national acts including Feby Putri, Young Lex, and Anang & Ashanty.

He has also served as Project Manager at .TEMU Caffe on brand collaborations and activations, and as Marketing Manager at PT Global Enviroment Solusindo. Riva is a working DJ as well, which keeps him close to the artists, promoters, and rooms we book.
